Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for purchases of X Remark. We aim to be fair, simple, and transparent.

1. Scope

This policy applies to first-time purchases of paid X Remark subscriptions made through our official checkout.

2. Merchant of Record

All payments for X Remark are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, payment processing, and refunds on our behalf.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for the first charge of a new paid plan. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of the original purchase date.

By completing your purchase, you agree that the service will be made available to you immediately. If you start using the service (including downloading, accessing, or syncing data) during the 14-day period, you acknowledge that you may lose your right to a refund once the service has been fully performed.

Requests submitted after the 14-day period may be declined unless a longer refund period is required by applicable law.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  • Email support@xremark.bid with your Paddle order number or receipt and the email address used at checkout.
  • Include a short note that you would like a refund. You do not need to provide a detailed reason.
  • Once approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Paddle.

5. After a Refund

After a refund is completed, access to paid features will end and your account will revert to the Free plan. Notes stored locally on your device are not deleted by the refund process. Cloud sync and other paid-only features may be disabled after the refund is processed.

6. Exceptions and Abuse

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that fall outside the stated refund window or where we reasonably believe the policy is being abused, including repeated purchase-and-refund behavior.
